3K6 Skoginvest AS
3K6 Skoginvest is a new investment fund launched with the aim of achieving attractive returns by investing in companies in the forestry-related sector that specialise in the processing of forestry raw materials.
The fund will invest in the growth equity and venture stages with the aim of participating in the development of tomorrow’s sustainable forestry sector.
The fund will be launched with capital assets totalling approx. NOK 300 million, combined with a start-up portfolio comprising four companies. The ambition is to inject additional capital into the fund during the initial years.
From its launch, the fund will have the participation of well-reputed institutional investors such as Investinor, KLP and spearheads in the forestry sector as its founders.
The fund will be managed autonomously by Investinor, having its own investment team, investment committee and Board. The 3K6 fund is a so-called ‘Article 8’ fund.
The fund is expected to be fully operative during the second half of 2023.

We request that you use this contact form when submitting an investor presentation.
- If your company meets the criteria, we will invite you to a telephone or videoconference call for an initial investor presentation.
