Investinor’s bonus scheme

Published: 30.03.2026

Investinor has a bonus scheme that applies to all employees. The scheme is determined by the Board of Directors and is in accordance with the Norwegian state’s guidelines for executive remuneration in state-owned companies.

The bonus scheme consists of a financial element and a strategic element. The financial element measures the return on Investinor’s investments, while the strategic element is based on annual targets set by the Board.

The bonus framework and the weighting of the two elements are differentiated by employee group and area of responsibility. The maximum bonus is 100% of base salary for the investment team, 50% for administration, and 25% for C-level employees.

The bonus allocation is divided into a collective part and an individual part, where the individual part is determined based on each employee’s performance and target achievement.

All bonus payments are approved by the Board and are normally paid out in March or April following the adoption of the annual accounts.
