Jan Fikkan is CEO of Fikkan Pharma and has 20+ years international leadership experience at a senior/executive level from the Pharmaceutical industry. He has held positions in R&D, Strategic Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Business Development, Licensing as well as in various commercial roles. Currently he is President of the $1b, 1200 people Norwegian GE Healthcare unit. In addition I have P&L business responsibility for the Japan region within Medical Diagnostics. Specialties:Expertice in Japanese dealmaking from my 8 years experience from making R&D, licensing, supply and price agreements with various Japanese partners. Jan has closed deals with US, French, Swiss, UK and Austrian based companies and has been Board of Director in various local and international companies (including two Japanese). He has also been board member of Connect Norge since its creation in 2001.

Carl Hall is currently advisor to Alder and MVI Equity; a small cap private equity fund founded in 1992 by Volvo CEO Christer Zetterberg. He is also co-founder and board member of Lakers group. Carl was previously co-founder and partner at Alder, the largest private equity company in the Nordic focusing on environmental technology companies, and he was Investment Director at Applied Value in New York. Carl Hall has authored “Environmental Capitalists”, Lid Publishing (in Swedish: “Miljökapitalisterna”, Liber förlag), and he is actively engaged in promoting private equity trough the Swedish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
Knut is an entrepreneur. He is currently part-time CEO for CrayoNano AS while developing a new possible start-up together with SINTEF. Knut was the founder and CEO of GasSecure AS, developing gas sensors based on MEMS technology. Investinor was one of the venture investors in GasSecure and followed the company from start to a successful exit. Knut also has experience from Idex, developing fingerprint sensors, as a researcher at SINTEF’s department for micro- and nanotechnology, and as advisor for various start-up companies. Knut is a board member at 4Subsea, delivering monitoring services and integrity assessment for subsea systems.
Hilde Furberg is an independent consultant and a professional board member. She has broad senior leadership experience, coming from her 35 years in sales, marketing, strategy and general management in Pharma/Biotech. Her experience is in different areas of specialty care, and from small to large global companies. Hilde has worked in companies like Baxter and Genzyme, she was most recently European Head of Rare Diseases for Sanofi Genzyme.
In addition to working for Genzyme/Sanofi Genzyme Hilde has since 2005 been a non-executive director and board member of Probi, Calliditas, Pronova, Clavis, Algeta and Blueprint Genetic.
She is currently an industrial advisor to Investinor and board member of BerGenBio, Sedana Medical, PCI Biotech and Bio-me. Hilde holds a Master of Science from the University of Oslo (Norway).
Laura Oliphant is an experienced Board Director, CEO, and Venture Capital investor whose significant business results at Intel Capital earned her Intel's highest award, Intel Achievement Award. At Intel Capital, she delivered more than $1B in strategic and financial value for her investments in semiconductor capital equipment, manufacturing robotics, SaaS, and device companies with a financial return in the top tier of venture investors. At Translarity, Laura executed a transformative M&A transaction that brought the company to immediate early revenue, and she completed a complex recapitalization. She is experienced in leading global cross-functional teams focusing on complex, strategic supplier relationship and logistics issues.
Jon Øyvind Eriksen is an accomplished serial entrepreneur and experienced CEO. He established several successful Norwegian technology companies including Internet Aksess, Kantega and Signicat. After that he was investment director Investinor, where he headed up the tech sector investment area, lead several of Investinor’s most significant tech investments, and created very strong financial returns for Investinor. Today Jon Øyvind is CEO of the VC fund Aidiom, which focusses on deep tech and AI-powered enterprise software. Jon Øyvind supports and coaches the management of the companies he is involved with, helping them to develop sustainable growth strategies, negotiate strategic deals and raise funding from tier one international investors on favorable terms. He also helps founders navigate the challenging waters of IPOs and M&A. Jon Øyvind holds an MSc from NTNU and an MBA with distinction from London Business School.
