Linn Hege holds an M.Sc from NHH and was part of the Erasmus exchange program at Corvinus University of Budapest. She is also a State Authorised Public Accountant. She has experience from EY in Norway and the US within auditing, fraud investigation and anti-corruption.
Linn Hege has been a senior advisor in Norad and worked as a strategic advisor to the Chief Municipal Director of Trondheim. In both here roles, a main focus was how new financing mechanisms can play a role in enabling the sustainable transition.

After working with sustainability, from an international to local level, Linn Hege is now heading up Sustainability & Business development at Investinor and driving strategic priorities and solutions across this space.

Pål has been a central part of Investinor since 2011, where he has developed significant expertise through more than 150 transactions across various sectors and stages of development. His experience ranges from leading Investinor's seed portfolio and several of its venture funds to working with mature scale-ups and contributing to several successful IPOs. With a particular interest in software and aquaculture, he has played a key role in developing companies from early stages to established growth and has contributed to more than 10 successful exits for Investinor's portfolio companies.

In 2025, Pål transitioned from his role as Investment Director and Fund Manager to the position of CFO at Investinor, where he also became a member of the company's management team. His earlier experience includes five years working with OTC derivatives at NorgesInvestor on the "sell side" before moving to the "buy side" at Investinor. Additionally, he has served as an employee-elected board member at Investinor. With a degree in Business Administration from BI Sandvika, he has a solid theoretical foundation for his work in the financial industry. In his free time, Pål is a dedicated outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending time in the wilderness with a tent and fishing rod.

Sten-Roger has been involved in building tech and software companies for nearly 20 years, ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded growth companies. He has successfully led a small Norwegian software firm to become a leading Nordic SaaS player, and has extensive experience in M & A and post-merger integration. Additionally, he has steered a company through its stock market listing and subsequent sale to international industrial owners.

Sten-Roger holds a master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from NTNU. He serves on the boards of various tech/SaaS companies and is passionately committed to developing profitable companies with global market potential. He thrives in fast-paced environments where teamwork achieves significant results.
