Hans Aasnæs is CEO of Western Bulk and runs his own farm at Sande in Vestfold. He has previously worked as Senior Vice President of the UMOE Group, worked for the Storebrand Group, including as CEO of Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning, and at Orkla Finans and was a scholarship student at the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen (NHH). Aasnæs has served as Chairman and on the board of various companies and organisations, including Formuesforvaltning, Storebrand Eiendom, Norsk Tillitsmann ASA and Verdipapirfondenes Sikringsfond (Norwegian Fund and Asset Management Guarantee Fund). He graduated in agricultural economics at the Agricultural University of Norway in Ås, and has since completed Masters studies at NHH, qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst, and completed the Program for Executive Development at the IMD Business School in Switzerland.
Slungård has broad experience from both politics and private business. Currently she is CEO at Trondheim Symfoniorkester & Opera. Past experience includes the position of councilman in Stjørdal municipality, being the Mayor of Trondheim municipality as well as executive positions at Sintef and Enova. She has considerable board experience from SIVA, Statsskog, Vital Forsikring, Simens, Meråker utvikling and Adresseavisen. Slundgård has been a member of the corporate assembly at Statoil where she also chaired the election committee. Slungård has studied economics, marketing and communications at Trondheim Business School and BI – Norwegian Business School.
Olaug Svarva led Folketrygdfondet (The Government Pension Fund Norway) from 2006 to 2018 and is the board chairman in DNB and DNB banking ASA. Mrs. Svarva was previously a board member of the Employers' Association Spectrum; Oslo Børs; and the Norwegian Institute of Directors, which she helped establish. Mrs. Svarva has also been a member of the election committee in Telenor, Veidekke, Storebrand and Yara, and has experience from Board of Representatives in Telenor, Statoil and Orkla. From 2001 to 2006 she worked for SpareBank 1 Group, first as managing director of SpareBank 1 then as Investment Director of SpareBank 1 Livsforsikring. In the period 1991 to 2001 she had several positions in Folketrygdfondet, including investment director for the equity department. She has previously worked as a financial analyst in Carnegie and DNB. Mrs. Svarva holds a bachelor's degree from NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology), and MBA from the University of Denver and is an authorized portfolio manager from NHH. Anne Jorun Aas is CEO of Farmforce, an IT platform providing digital transparency in agricultural sourcing from over 500 000 farmers in 30 countries. She has previously held management positions in the Scatec system, including SVP of Scatec Solar, interim CEO of Kjeller Innovasjon, partner at SIGLA, a consultancy firm translating sustainability to business opportunities and McKinsey. She has been Board Chair of ENERGIX, a large program in the Norwegian Research Council and also served as board member in various companies. . She holds a PhD in nuclear chemistry from the University of Oslo and CERN.
Morten Henriksen is Executive Vice President of the listed company Arendals Fossekompani ASA (OSE:AFK), and holds board positions in Kongsberggruppen (OSE:KOG), Beyonder, Future Materials, Flumill, Seagust, Alytic og Tekna Plasma, the last three as chairman. Henriksen has previously held board positions in several companies, hereunder Markedskraft, Wattsight, SIVA, Powel, Volue, EFD Induction and Scanmatic.
Henriksen holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from NTNU, and has since 2008 worked actively on developing the industrial ownership in AFK. In addition, he is currently the CEO of the power business segment in the company.
From 1999 until 2008 Henriksen held various positions within Statkraft, among others as project manager for the construction of large wind farms. From 2005 he was appointed CEO for Statkraft’s renewables business in London and built a team of experts and established Statkraft as a major player in renewable energy assets outside Norway.
From 1993 until 1999 Henriksen worked on international assignments within the field of energy, and with long term assignments in Nepal, Pakistan, and the Philippines. In addition, shorter assignments/projects were conducted in several countries in Asia, Africa and Central America. The assignments were to a large degree on behalf of international institutions like Asian Development Bank and the World Bank.
Åsmund Bjørndal Heen is the CFO of Frydenbø Group, a family owned conglomerate. He has previously held several positions within Sparebanken Vest, including Head of Markets and Head of Treasury. He has also worked at London Business School at their Hedge Fund Research Centre
Åsmund has been a board member of several companies, including Holberg Fondsforvaltning, Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Vest, Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt, Filmfondet Fuzz og Bipper Communications. He is currently the chairman of the board of Sarsia Seed.
Åsmund Heen has a bachelor’s degree in informatics from the university of Bergen and a Master in Management from Skema Business School in France. He is a Certified Financial analyst (CEFA) from NHH.
