Swarm64 sold to ServiceNow
Investinor company Swarm64 has been acquired by NYSE listed company ServiceNow.
Investinor-backed Motimate acquired by Kahoot!
Investinor has been a shareholder in Motimate since 2019. The company now becomes part of the Norwegian technology and e-learning company Kahoot!.

Dele Health raises NOK 65 million
(Oslo, December 28, 2020) Investinor, Gunnar Evensen, the Urbanski family, Altitude Capital and MP Pensjon are among the shareholders taking part in Dele Health Tech’s issuance of shares worth NOK 65 million. The company has a unique technology for reporting on and predicting falls among seniors in assisted living facilities, and now the US market will be conquered.
Dignio raises NOK 85 million in Series A
The Norwegian health technology company has been joined by a group of investors in their venture into global operations. Hugo Maurstad and Investinor have led the consortium of new investors in the company.
Two of Investinor’s companies listed on Euronext Growth Oslo this Friday

Cimon Medical is raising 60 MNOK to commercialize disruptive ultrasound technology
(Trondheim, December 12th, 2020) ProVenture and Investinor are taking the lead as the Norwegian ultrasound company Cimon Medical AS raises a total of MNOK 60 in capital. Cimon Medical provides unique technology for continuous measurement of blood flow. The technology has been developed by world leading ultrasound researchers, located in Trondheim. The target group for the company’s first product is premature and critically ill children.
Skitude seeks listing on Euronext Growth
Skitude Holding, in which Investinor has been a shareholder since 2016, is seeking listing on Euronext Growth Oslo. The company is planning to carry out a share issue of up to NOK 270 million in which Investinor is one of the anchor investors, together with Handelsbanken Fonder, Canica and the Andenæs Group.

Investinor with record financial gain in Calliditas Therapeutics
(Trondheim, 10.11.2020) Investinor AS (“Investinor”) has sold the majority of its shares in Calliditas Therapeutics AB (“Calliditas”), a publicly listed biotech company. Investinor’s financial gain in connection with its investment in Calliditas is more than NOK 475 million – the largest financial gain so far for Investinor.
